Famagusta Gallery
After the
Turkish invasion in 1974 Panicos Xiaris moved to Larnaca.
The times were difficult, the future uncertain. Young,
active and industrious Panicos opens a small frame
workshop (March 1976) at Philosopher Aristotle street in
the center of Larnaca. Within a decade his small
business grows and in 1985 he moves to the neighboring
Street Konstantinou Kalogera 89 to a larger lworkshop
and exhibition space.
He collaborates with renowned frame manufacturers from
Europe and established artists from Cyprus, Greece and
other countries.
